Music and Worship
The Sunday Worship services offer a wide variety of musical styles: Gospel and Contemporary Christian in the mornings; Traditional Hymns and Old-Time Gospel songs in the evenings.
Two teams of talented musicians and singers share the duties of leading in worship and praise.
We are always interested in recruiting talented musicians and singers who want to share their gifts in ministry. If that means YOU, we hope you’ll contact us by email.

The Men's Fellowship
The Men’s Fellowship gives opportunities for men to learn and grow in Christ alongside brothers of every age and season of life. We encourage and promote serving the Lord in the church and in our families, and we sponsor service and educational opportunities in our church and community. For 2011, the Men’s Fellowship presents, “The Year of Living Christianly.” This year, we want to see the impact our lives will have on our families, our church and our community as we purpose to live as disciples of Christ.
Women In the Church
The women of Boatswain Bay are an active and integral part of the life of the church.
They plan and coordinate church fellowships, sponsor church family activities and are involved in church and community service projects. They also meet regularly for Bible study and fellowship.
The GenNext ministry is the training ground for a new generation of leaders in the church. Together we are seeking to strengthen relationships, grow our faith in God, increase our usefulness in church and share the love of Christ in the community through a variety of fellowship, Bible study and service opportunities. Recent service projects have included repairing and restoring the church’s Sports Court and beautifying the church grounds and property.
The Prayer Chain is a small group of dedicated prayer warriors who faithfully and delicately handle private requests for prayer. They get together once a month to report on updates and answers to various requests.
